Office Manager to join the Arborsmith™ Advantage Team

Our company is currently seeking ​an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for general office administration and oversight of bookkeeping for an established, family owned small business.

This position is a permanent full time position with experience in Customer Care and Bookkeeping. Candidates must be detail oriented, orderly, and have a great handle on sequencing of tasks. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills and follow through, be able to prioritize, positive mental attitude and a teachable spirit. Be able to handle a quicker paced setting that changes with the seasons of the year which has unknown variables and workloads that come with a seasonal business.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office management tasks

  • Coordinate and direct Admin Support Staff

  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members and provide accountability towards their completion

  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Schedule client estimates and workload

  • Provide executive assistance to the Business Owners

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records

  • Interface with corporate CPA firm for month end

  • Occasional HR duties, including onboarding of New Hires

Qualifications:

  • Practical working knowledge of Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Previous Bookkeeping experience

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Ability to communicate well with Clients and Team Members.
