Reynolds is using his platform to get the word out on the One Tree Initiative, a campaign in support of American Forests.

The nonprofit runs a number of programs focused on everything from planting trees and protecting urban forests to awareness campaigns and advocating for public conservation policies.

In a recent social media campaign that ended September 15th,  Eddie Bauer donated one tree for every dollar to American Forests, up to 25,000 trees - for every tree hugging photo shared. Photos of you or a loved one hugging a tree posted on Instagram or Twitter and tagged #onetree, #hug2give, @eddiebauer and @americanforests.
